This policy explains how Wray AI handles information when you use the Trakko AI website and app.
Who we are
Trakko AI is created and operated by Wray AI in the United Kingdom. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information we may collect
- Account details such as your name, email address and account role.
- Content you choose to submit, including chat text, searches, lists, images, voice input and travel preferences.
- Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash details and security logs.
- Subscription status and transaction references supplied by Apple or Google. Wray AI does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Support messages and information you provide when reporting a problem.
How information is used
- To provide, secure and improve Trakko features.
- To process searches and AI requests through selected service providers.
- To maintain accounts, synchronise saved information and apply usage limits.
- To respond to support, privacy and safety requests.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud and investigate technical problems.
AI and third-party providers
Trakko AI uses third-party artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, to provide AI-powered features. When you choose to use these features, information needed to process your request may be sent securely to these providers. This can include text you submit in chats or prompts, search or planning requests, and images or other content you deliberately select for AI-powered analysis.
We send this information only to provide the feature you requested, such as generating an AI response, analysing an image, creating a plan or returning AI-assisted results. Trakko asks for your permission before sending content to third-party AI providers. If you do not give permission, Trakko will not send that content for AI processing and the relevant AI-powered features will not operate.
OpenAI and Google process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Other non-AI service providers may also process limited information where reasonably necessary for search, travel, shopping, hosting, analytics, security or infrastructure services. Third-party websites you open from Trakko have their own privacy policies.
Camera, microphone, photos and location
Trakko requests device permissions only when needed for a feature. The app should explain why a permission is requested before showing the operating-system prompt. You can withdraw permissions through your device settings.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for the service, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
Trakko is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate permission from a parent, guardian or other lawful basis.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Trakko develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by providing notice in the app or website.
